Focusing on the Future: New Year Message from Neogen Care Founder & CEO Anju Satheesh

As we enter this new year, I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to all of you—our employees, customers, partners, and families—who have supported Neogen Care and our endeavours throughout the year.

Truly, 2022 felt more like 12 years than 12 months, because every one of you has been faced with challenges unlike any in the past — and your ability to ensure that your organization meets its mission of care has been threatened like never before. We had to deal with a series of challenges from various strains of COVID-19, to inflation, and to soaring gas prices. Despite such headwinds, we managed to maintain stable operations, increased growth, and promote transformation activities.  We also hosted surveyors from different regulatory agencies and had very good survey outcomes

There are some major improvements slated to take place during 2023. The groundwork was laid during the last quarter of 2022, and I believe you’ll be impressed with the forward motion in 2023. We are starting in Arizona and are rapidly expanding to 7 more counties in California. We are investing more into healthcare technology and automation; we have a new software under development to help clinicians complete visit notes. Our goal by adding technology into healthcare is to optimize current systems, ease clinician’s work, and overall improvement in patient care.

In the year 2023, we are committed to adapt to societal changes and becoming a corporate group that is capable of creating new value. Amid these times of dramatic change and uncertainty, it is more important than ever to fully draw on these collective capabilities, which are founded on the diversity and connections we have built up over the years.

Let us continue to remain focused and undaunted, especially in the face of the evolving health landscape. Guided by, and grounded on our core values, we will forge ahead together to serve our nation and achieve better health for our people.
