I would like to thank Neogen Care for their assistance with my father. Times are tough for him right now and nurse R that has checked on his recovery was very gentle with his care. He also coordinated to get him rehabilitative therapy and an Aide to help with his bath. The nurse would follow up to make sure all other services were going great. Your patience when dealing with his current situation is greatly appreciated. We are grateful for all you did on his behalf for a speedy recovery. I also want to thank the office staff at Neogen Care since they were always available during all hours to answer any questions me or my mom had. Great company with great community service. Definitely A++ 🙂

I'm glad that Kaiser found Neogen Care and I can't be thankful enough to Kaiser. My grandmom had many home Health's prior before neogen care, but this company is the one that impressed our family. We got an initial call from them explaining about their services and I had the nurse come the very next day to my house. She was very knowledgeable and gave us enough informative material about the company. The rest of the staff that came were very professional and did everything they could to get my grandmom better. They did follow up calls after my mom was discharged to talk about our experiences and if they could improve on anything. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and kudos to Kaiser again

Let me start with this… If it was not for Ish and Levi who both work for this company, my mom would not be with me today. My mom and dad both in there 80’s were in the hospital with the flu. My mom was realeased too early and was failing fast, Ish and levi worked very hard to get in contact with any doctor that would help. They made it possible for my mom not to have to go back to the ER where she had been five times she was very weak and was only 81 Ibs. She had a cough lost her taste buds and could not get out of bed. She has congestive heart failure and copd her blood pressure was very low. The doctor on call gave my mom antibiotics and predisone over the phone which totally knocked her out. But with the constant comunication with Ish and Levi and visits everyother day my mom has recovered and is getting stronger everyday! They fought for care for my mom with Kiaser which is not a easy task with many phone call to doctors and they never let up. Unfortunately Kiaser provided care for my dad in a board and care, same symptoms i could not do both alone i put trust in the system with my dad having nurses come to him. Thirty days from the day he got the flu i lost him. This has been one of the hardest times of my life and I am so thankful I had Ish and Levi help me navigate this very difficult process. Thank you! I just wanted to take a quick moment to share with you my gratitude for Ben and his part in my post-surgery recovery. Ben was not only excellent at his job as a PT, he was also sincere, encouraging, and supportive. Because of this, I feel I have recovered faster than I otherwise would have. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him as my physical therapist.

We had 2 nurses Mindy and Ish, once the paperwork was done, they were ON, my husband had an open wound about 4inches deep, so it was completely packed and it was painful. The nurses were amazingly so careful and knowledgeable, my husband was extremely happy with their work. They trained me in case I needed to change the packing and thank God they teach me. They always call before arriving and they are very punctual, always using masks and maintaining distance with me, except when they were changing the packing. Great Care and professionalism

Highly recommend Neogen in-home care. My mother was hospitalized for 13 days with double covid pneumonia and after being discharged we were referred to Neogen. We live in the Antelope Valley area (Lancaster). Since the first day we connected with Neogen our experience has been a positive one. We met Dr. Nishan Akwalia (P.T.) who was simply fantastic since the start. He was empathetic and explained everything in detail. His assistant Andrew Woods was/is amazing! He worked really closely with my mom providing different types of exercises that would help her with her muscle strength, oxygen level and overall recovery from covid. He is caring, compassionate, helpful, goes above and beyond to ensure his patients are being well taken care of. He is very professional with excellent work ethic. Thank you Andrew! You are simply the best! Lastly, Judy Farell (O.T.) who was also great! Thank you again to all of you for a positive experience and for providing such excellent care to your patients.

Dr. Drew Dismore made it possible for me to start walking after surgery to repair my broken femur. He eased my fears of further injury, was close by with each new challenge, and made sure I could safely maneuver around my home and use the stairs. His stated goal was to get me ready for outpatient physical therapy, and that was exactly what he did. He was friendly, punctual, flexible, and truly focused on my recovery. Thank you, Neogen Care, for providing me with a home health care provider who made it fun to face painful sessions every time he visited. I am grateful!

To Neogencare,
My Mother is 88 and is recovering from her 2nd lower back injury. She was discharged from a "Care " facility in worse condition then when she was admitted, in pain , doped up , serious UTI , constipated and weak.We did not know what to do? Neogen was provided by Kaiser for Home Care and I am sure your employees are the reason my Mother is doing 100% better! Everyone who came to our house was caring , confident , knowledgeable , professional , seriously I could go on and on about the quality of care provided. Thank you!
